- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a small loaf pan.
- Whisk together the oil, sugar, eggs, and mashed bananas until smooth.
- Add buckwheat flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir gently until combined.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
