  • 396 g Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 60 ml Lemon Juice
  • 227 g Crushed Pineapple well drained
  • 120 g Chopped Pecans
  • 100 g Sweetened Flaked Coconut
  • 240 g Whipped Topping plus more for garnish
  • to taste Maraschino Cherries
  • to taste Additional Pecans

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Mix until well blended.
  2. Stir in the drained crushed pineapple, chopped pecans, and sweetened flaked coconut.
  3. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and well incorporated.
  4. Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
