  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 360 ml whole milk
  • 360 ml neutral oil such as vegetable or canola
  • 45 g orange zest
  • 1 packet premium caviar for topping
  • 1 packet sweet citrus glaze or honey for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a standard loaf pan with oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and baking powder.
  3. Add the eggs, milk, oil, and orange zest to the dry ingredients. Mix until the batter is completely smooth and no lumps remain.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool slightly in the pan, then remove and transfer to a wire rack.
