Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium pear halved
  • ½ medium lemon for rubbing
  • 5 ml honey divided
  • 30 g blueberries
  • 30 g raspberries
  • 30 g blackberries
  • 30 g purple grapes halved
  • 15 g pomegranate seeds
  • 3 whole strawberries sliced
  • 30 g walnuts chopped
  • 7.5 g blue cheese crumbled

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut the pear in half and rub the cut side with lemon to prevent browning.
  3. Chop the walnuts and lightly toast them in a dry skillet until fragrant.
  4. Place the pear half on a baking sheet, cut side up. Drizzle ½ teaspoon of honey over the top.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the pear is tender and lightly caramelized.
  6. In a small bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, purple grapes, and pomegranate seeds.
  7. Transfer the warm baked pear to a serving plate. Top with the berry mixture. Drizzle with the remaining honey. Finish with toasted walnuts and a sprinkle of blue cheese.
  8. Serve immediately while the pear is warm and the toppings are fresh.

Notes

This dish can be served as a dessert or a light snack. Feel free to substitute the berries with any seasonal fruits you prefer.
