Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cut the pear in half and rub the cut side with lemon to prevent browning.
- Chop the walnuts and lightly toast them in a dry skillet until fragrant.
- Place the pear half on a baking sheet, cut side up. Drizzle ½ teaspoon of honey over the top.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the pear is tender and lightly caramelized.
- In a small bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, purple grapes, and pomegranate seeds.
- Transfer the warm baked pear to a serving plate. Top with the berry mixture. Drizzle with the remaining honey. Finish with toasted walnuts and a sprinkle of blue cheese.
- Serve immediately while the pear is warm and the toppings are fresh.

This dish can be served as a dessert or a light snack. Feel free to substitute the berries with any seasonal fruits you prefer.
