- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease or line a small baking pan.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix sugars with lime zest, then blend in butter until creamy.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and lime juice; mix well.
- Fold in dry ingredients, then add white chocolate chips and strawberries.
- Spread batter evenly in pan.
- Bake 18–20 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool for 10 minutes.
- Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over blondies.
- Top with crushed strawberries, slice, and serve.

These blondies are best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Feel free to experiment with other fruits!
